Very attentive on EVERY part of the selling process
I was looking for a realtor to sell my family's Foster City home and turnd to friends, neighbors, and Yelp for recommendations. Coincidentally, I had several neighbors and friends (who don't even live in Foster City!) who spoke so highly of Samantha but decided to contact a few other agents to compare and do my own due diligence. Samantha was the first to reply and set an appointment. This should have already clued me in on how organized and attentive she is. I met with 5 other realtors before meeting with Samantha. I was already happy with the interviews with other top Foster City agents and thought that it would be impossible to top. In fact, I was about to cancel my last appointment, which was with her, since I already went through the selling process with 4 other agents that day. What a mistake it would have been to cancel! From the first few minutes of meeting Samantha, she was already giving me valuable insight on my house. She told me what work4ed and what didn't work, how potential buyers would see my house and how the market was cooperating at that time. For every potential concern she pointed out, she offered several solutions. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and confident that she could deliver what she promised. Her confidence in infectious! I knew right away that she was of a different caliber from all the other realtors I interviewed. She was efficient and had the timeline all figured out, sent me a Google calendar invite to keep me in the loo through each step, set up all the appointments with all the vendors and contractors need to get our home ready for sale. Samantha was so easy to reach at all times of the day as well. She was very attentive on EVERY part of the selling process. She always kept us updated on what was going on and answered all of my questions before I could even ask. In the end, Samantha more than delivered what she promised. I was blown away!
